Fear Street trilogy: R. L. Stine

 “Fear Street 1994” is the first installment in the “Fear Street” trilogy directed by Leigh Janiak and released on Netflix in 2021. The film is based on the book series of the same name by R.L. Stine and serves as a nostalgic homage to 1990s horror while also crafting its own unique narrative. The story is set in the fictional town of Shadyside, Ohio, known for its long history of tragic events and unexplained murders.
